The Ducos Winery was imagined and created to respond
to all phases of the winemaking process, preserving
carefully the characteristics of each grape.
The Ducos Winery resembles a “Haute Couture”
workshop, where all the winemaking process
is tailor-made, in sharp contrast to the industrial
approach used by mainstream wineries.
Our grapes are manually harvested in the coolest
times: between 5:00 and 8:00 AM and between 3:00 and
6:00 PM.
Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon
Stainless steel tanks, carbonic maceration and vinification.
It’s an early release wine and should be enjoyed rather
quickly.
Premium Petit Verdot
Stainless steel tanks, cold maceration, delestage,
temperature-control fermentation and malolactic fermentation.
Wine not released until ready. 2005 current release
date, well kept.
